Can I check the cameras from my phone?
Yes. The UniFi Protect App (free) lets you view live footage, review recordings, and get motion alerts on your iPhone or Android. Works from anywhere with internet. Whether you're at work on vacation in Florida.
What happens if my internet goes out?
Cameras keep recording to the local storage device (NVR). You won't be able to view remotely while the internet is down, but nothing is lost. As soon as internet comes back, you can review everything that happened.
How much storage do I need?
Most homes do fine with 30 days of recording. We'll size the storage based on how many cameras you have and the resolution. A typical 4-camera setup needs about 4TB of storage for 30 days.
Can I see at night?
Absolutely. All UniFi cameras have infrared night vision. Even in complete darkness, you'll get clear black-and-white footage up to 30-50 feet depending on the camera model.
Is installation messy?
We run cables through attics, crawl spaces, or along siding to keep things clean. Outdoor cameras mount to your house with weatherproof connections. Indoor cameras can often use existing cable runs (if applicable). We clean up after ourselves and leave no mess behind.

Classic cylindrical camera that's highly visible, which makes this camera a great deterrent. Mounts to walls with an adjustable bracket, making it easy to aim exactly where you want. The most recognizable "security camera" look.
Best for: Driveways, building perimeters, anywhere you want an obvious security presence.
LOW-PROFILE
Dome Camera
Low-profile hemisphere design that mounts flush to ceilings or soffits. The most discreet option that blends in well and doesn't draw attention. Vandal-resistant housing makes it harder to tamper with. Great when you want security without the "you're being watched" aesthetic.
Best for: Front porches, garage ceilings, indoor areas, anywhere you want a camera that doesn't stand out.
HYBRID DESIGN
Turret Camera
Eyeball-style design that sits on a base and can rotate for easy aiming. Combines the low profile of a dome with the adjustability of a bullet. No dome cover means better image quality in rain (no water spots o the lens cover).
Best for: Backyards, side yards, anywhere you need flexible aiming without the bullet camera look.
